The population parameters namely length, weight and sex ratio were determined an inland spawning stock Bunnei in the water system of Al Huwaizah Marsh. This migration started with small size fish which were mostly males, followed by a big rush of bigger size length group which were mostly females. The fecundity was increased directly with the size of fish. Gonado Somatic Index (GSI) and maturity stage indicated that spawning time was during March and April.
