Morphometric relationships of Coptodon guineensis and Sarotherodon melanotheron (Perciformes, Cichlidae) in two lakes of Benin (western Africa)

The analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used to detect differences in the relationships between the specimens of the two species collected in the two lakes.To the authors’ best knowledge, this study represents the first reference available on morphometric relationships for C. guineensis and S. melanotheron in the investigated area.
