At the dosage tested, motility duration, percentage of motile spermatozoa, spermatocrit and sperm volume were significant changes (P<0.01) in both stimulated groups and treatments. Composition of seminal plasma (Na+, K+, Cl-, glucose, cholesterol and protein) were significant changes in cultured and wild carp, but values of Ca+2 and Mg+2did not show significant difference (P<0.01) in treatments. In general, significant changes in all treatments for spermatological properties and composition of seminal plasma were observed. The results showed that ovaprim and carp pituitary gland hormones had more effective than human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in cultured and wild carp.
