The histological changes in gill, liver, skin and kidney of fingerling and adult Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus exposed to aqueous extract of Moringa oleifera seed at different sub-lethal concentration under static bioassay procedure are described. There were pathologic lesions observed which included different levels of cells degeneration in the gill, lamellar hyperemia; hypertrophy of gill arch occurred, while hyperplasia, disarrangement of hepatic cell, necrosis, and vacuolation occurred in fish liver and kidney. Damages of different organs became severe with increasing concentration of aqueous extract of M. oleifera seeds and time of exposure.
