Samples were taken monthly from 3 sampling stations. A total of 192 taxa belonging to 8 divisions have been identified, including Chlorophyta (75 taxa), Bacillariophyta (60 taxa), Cyanobacteria (19 taxa), Euglenophyta (19 taxa), Charophyta (8 taxa), Myzozoa (6 taxa), Cryptophyta (3 taxa) and Heterokontophyta (2 taxa). Most of the species are characterized by their widespread presence, although some taxa are rarely found in Turkey. Keywords : Çaygören Reservoir, phytoplankton, taxonomy
