Rotifera was found the dominant group with 43 species, followed by Cladocera with 3 species and Copepoda with 2 taxa respectively. One of these rotifers, Encentrum felis is a new record for the Turkish fauna. Also some water parameters (pH, dissolved oxygen, electrical conductivity and water temperature) were measured during field trips. Keywords : Asartepe Dam Lake, zooplankton, rotifera, new record
